In our view, the quality of our services is directly related to professional capacity of the people involved in the management and operations. For this reason, we invest in the development of our personnel, through on-going training programs, while showing due appreciation of individual expertise and organizational values. The Julio Simoes ’way of doing things’ is something that we are proud of and we try to share with all the company staff.
At our headquarters in Mogi das Cruzes, which is located 50 km from the city of Sao Paulo, we have a team of specialists in recruitment and selection, training and development, technical assistants (drivers, mechanics, computer analysts), personnel administration, safety technicians and a doctor specializing in occupational health. This team develops and oversees our implementation process and then monitors and supports the activities.
The company’s Training Center is also located at the headquarters, and comprises computer training labs, an auditorium that holds 45 people, and an ancillary training room, equipped with a high definition projector and other technological resources.
We have partnerships around Brazil with firms specializing in recruitment and selection and occupational health, which makes the implementation process easier and more reliable in places outside the state of Sao Paulo, though the coordination is maintained at the headquarters.
